This book has a lot of great tips to help aid in weight loss. it has great tips for both men and women. i have really struggled with my weight loss and i still continue to struggle but this book has helped with some good tips and some motivation of things that i can change. it motivates me to follow some steps and tips because it assures that it is effective and proven. also, they reveal some strategies of losing weight without dieting or working out. good job
