This month, we follow mia to hawaii and meet tai, the sexy, charming, brick wall of a samoan. as soon as mia makes eye contact with him, she realizes that something is different about him. they definitely burn up the sheets, and it was nice to see mia relax, and enjoy hawaiian paradise. this month's installment seemed a little more laid back, and i found that mia was more relaxed and carefree. during mia's time in hawaii, not only does she learn about the samoan culture, but she learns about herself. as mia learns more, she helps tai understand that even if he can't find what he is looking for right now, it is out there somewhere. i thought that was an important part of the story because it's something that everyone can relate to. i loved this part of mia's journey. i loved how she got to spend more time with her family and best friend, and all i want to do is pack my suitcase and take a trip to hawaii! i can't believe we're five months into the year already, but as always, i'm excited to see and read about where mia's journey will take her next.
