I recently decided to change my eating habit to stay fit and healthy. i did some research and came across one of rens kroes's blogs. i have been following her on instagram since, and she has been giving me so much inspiration. i stopped eating out a lot, and stopped getting my breakfast from the deli downstairs. power food on the go gives me guidance. i use this book to prepare my dinner meals, and save the some for lunch at work the following day. the recipes are tasty, healthy, and easy to cook. highly recommended!!!
