I was. so inspired by this book! it really helped me to focus on the present in steady of worrying about the past which i can't change and the future which has not happened. i start my day with meditation and prayer. the meditation helps to relax me and opens my mind to the scriptures. i meditate again before bed and it helps me to unwind and relax. i am sleeping better. and exercising more..
